- Calibration: This is a very important step; every roughly cut and split tile goes through the calibrator. It generally takes 2-3 rounds in the calibrator to get the required thickness of the material. The point that needs to be taken care of here is that the cutters/blades are of good quality, so that each tile will be properly calibrated
- Top-surface: As per the requirement of the customer, we then process the top surface of the Indian Slate Tiles, either we hone it or polish it or brush it. We have state-of-the-art machinery to do all the polishing accurately.
- Recutting: Finally, all the honed, polished Slate Tiles will go through final re-cutting as per the required size. At this stage, we make sure that no chipping comes at the edges and every tile is perfectly right-angled.
